MILL5 is a global technology consulting firm delivering advanced solutions in Cloud, AI, Data, IoT, Analytics, Modern Applications, and Security. We partner with leading enterprises across multiple industries and maintain a global presence across the United States, Latin America, Europe, and Asia.

We are seeking a high-performance Executive Assistant to support our Founders . This role requires precision, confidentiality, speed, and the ability to manage complex responsibilities in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a leadership-level support role and operates with exceptional judgment and professionalism.

What You’ll Do

Executive Support

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, priorities, and daily operations for the Founders.
  • Handle email triage, correspondence, follow-ups, and communications on behalf of executive leadership.
  • Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, summaries, and action logs.
  • Track strategic initiatives and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.

Operations & Administration

  • Provide full administrative support including correspondence, scheduling, clerical tasks, and operational triage.
  • Assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and internal time tracking.
  • Manage documentation, executive files, confidential materials, and internal workflows.
  • Office & Vendor Management

  • Coordinate office operations, equipment, supplies, and procurement.
  • Interface with IT partners, vendors, and property management to resolve issues.
  • Maintain vendor records, contracts, and renewal schedules.
  • Travel & Events

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel for the Founders including itineraries and logistics.
  • Assist with company travel needs and employee coordination.
  • Support company events, meetings, planning sessions, and related logistics.
  • HR & People Operations

  • Support new-hire onboarding, interview scheduling, HR documentation, and benefits cycles.
  • Act as a cross-team liaison to help maintain a coordinated and productive culture.
  • What You Bring

  • Minimum 3 years supporting senior executives or Founders (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with HRIS and accounting systems a plus.
  • Exceptional organization, communication, discretion, and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage high-volume, urgent priorities with accuracy.
  • Professional presence and strong interpersonal skills at all levels.
  • Must work onsite in our Boston office at least 4 days per week.
  • Must sign and adhere to a strict NDA prior to beginning work.
