Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategic direction and execution of the HIV market intelligence agenda

Oversee the development of high-impact market intelligence products and ensure their analytical rigor and relevance

Manage and develop a high-performing Market Intelligence team, fostering a collaborative culture

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in market intelligence, quantitative analysis, or related fields

Advanced degree in Economics, Public Health, Data Science, Business, or a related field is advantageous but not required

Demonstrated strategic leadership and experience influencing organizational priorities

Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a record of building trusted relationships

Proven people-management skills and experience mentoring staff
