Job Opportunity : Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Facility : Sutter Health Tracy Community Hospital

Location : Tracy, CA

Employment Type : Travel / Contract

Shift : Day (5x8 Hours) 6 : 45 15 : 15 / Day (5x8 Hours) 8 : 30 17 : 00

Start Date : 5 / 12 / 2025

Job Duration : 13 weeks

Compensation : Rate Type : Hourly

Over Time : 60 total hours in 1 week : 1.25%

Double Time : None

On-Call : 7$

Call Back : 1.35%

Holiday Pay : 1.25%

Required :

CA RN Licensure
BLS
PALS
ACLS
NIHSS

Call : overnights on weekdays, weekends x 24hrs each day, and holidays 24hrs per day

Conscious sedation experience

Special Requirements :

2 years of recent OR experience in a community hospital or Trauma level 2 facility

2 years circulating experience in a community hospital setting; experience to include General Surgery, Orthopedics, Spine, Urology, Robotics, OB / GYN (C-sections), Plastic Surgery, and Robotics

Shift Requirements : 5 x8 Days, start times between 6 : 45a and 8 : 30a

Unit Information :

Provides individualized nursing care based on knowledge of basic competencies in the fundamentals of nursing and pharmacology using the nursing process applied to geriatric, adult, and adolescent patients from admission through discharge. This position requires knowledge of standards of care, nursing assessment parameters, and pharmacology, including doses, purpose, interactions, side effects, and reactions to medications.
