Healthcare Recruiter

A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain job postings through an Applicant Tracking System and job boards

Conduct initial screenings of applicants and schedule interviews with management

Act as a liaison between management and applicants throughout the recruitment process

Required Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in full cycle recruiting

Knowledge of the healthcare industry or a desire to learn

Experience with high-volume recruiting is a plus

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office

Ability to maintain and update data in multiple electronic databases
