What Your Impact Is

Based in Indianapolis, Indiana , you will lead as Technical Consulting Director, EHS and Air Compliance and Management Systems , developing compliance, assurance, and management systems for top-tier clients across diverse industries. You'll drive innovative solutions at the intersection of compliance and sustainability, mentor the next generation of technical leaders, and strengthen ERM's reputation for delivering world-class EHS and ESG solutions.

What You'll Bring

Required

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, safety, environmental management, or related field. Or equivalent experience.
• 8-12+ years (15+ preferred) of progressive EHS experience, including team leadership.
• Deep knowledge of environmental regulations and proven success in compliance strategy, permitting, and management systems.
• Expertise in operationalizing sustainability goals through EHS programs.
• Strong client relationship skills and ability to co-create innovative solutions.
