TEMP Part Time Building Attendant

This is maintenance work facilitating events involving the use and care of City buildings and equipment. Positions allocated to this classification report to a designated supervisor and work under close supervision. Work in this class is distinguished from higher classes by its lack of supervisory responsibility and from lower classes by its emphasis on setting up and monitoring city events. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Completion of high school or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma, and one year experience in janitorial work that includes public contact, or any equivalent combination of education and experience. LICENSES / CERTIFICATES Valid Florida Drivers License required. NOTES Work requires physical strength and agility. May be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
