Opportunity Highlights

  • Schedule : 4‐10 hours, weekend rotation required

Job Setting : Inpatient heart failure

Types of Cases : Inpatient heart failure; Transplant, LVAD and advanced heart failure experience preferred

Credentialing : 120 days

Minimum Requirements

  • Board Certified / Board Eligible : Board Eligible

    • Certifications : ACLS, BLS

    Licensure : Wisconsin or Compact License
