The ideal candidate will have a passion for hair design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver outstanding service to clients. You will be responsible for providing hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment services, as well as offering expert advice on hair care and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform a wide range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, highlighting, blow-drying, styling, and treatments

Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles or treatments

Stay current on hair trends, techniques, and products

Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation, adhering to health and safety standards

Build and retain a loyal client base through excellent customer service

Upsell salon products and services as appropriate

Maintain appointment schedule and punctuality

Collaborate with other stylists and salon staff to create a welcoming environment

Participate in ongoing training and education
