CAPEX Procurement Lead

A company is looking for a CAPEX Project Procurement Lead (Contractor) to provide end-to-end procurement support for high-value capital expenditure projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with Project Managers and teams to align on project scope and develop sourcing strategies

Lead complex sourcing events and manage supplier qualifications and risk assessments

Prepare bidding documentation, lead evaluations, and manage the contracting process

Qualifications and Experience :

Proven experience in leading CAPEX procurement for large-scale projects, preferably in biotech or pharma

Expertise in RFP, bid evaluation, negotiation, and contract management

Proficiency with procurement and contracting systems (e.g., Ariba, Coupa)

Strong financial acumen and ability to track and report savings

Ability to rapidly learn and apply corporate procurement policies
