Commercial Closer

As a Commercial Closer at Rocket Close, you will provide exceptional client service while managing all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. You will handle commercial escrow responsibilities to build expertise for more complex transactions in the future. As the primary client contact for our commercial team, you'll guide the process from initial order opening to final disbursement. Your passion for delivering excellent client service and attention to detail will be key to your success in this dynamic role.

About the Role

Build and maintain client relationships through timely communication. Review real estate transactional related documents, as well as entity documents. Support commercial title team in clearing matters of title and preparing pro formas and policy endorsements for distribution. Prepare settlement statements and escrow documents in preparation for closing. Coordinate with all parties involved to ensure smooth transaction processing. Maintain accurate and organized transaction files and documentation. Occasionally travel to facilitate closing transactions.

About You

Minimum Qualifications: 5 years of experience in a Commercial Closer, Escrow Officer, or equivalent role. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. Ability to work flexible hours with occasional travel to a closing. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading the commercial escrow responsibilities with closings. Strong background in commercial real estate. Knowledge of title insurance and escrow procedures.
