Key Responsibilities
Assist callers with inquiries and process payments while maintaining patient accounts
Ensure accurate data entry and compliance with HIPAA and privacy standards
Resolve billing issues and coordinate with departments regarding managed care requirements
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Less than 1 year of relevant work experience (3 - 6 months required)
Understanding of billing processes and insurance coordination
Ability to work in a call center environment
Familiarity with electronic data entry and patient account management
