We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Financial Management Analyst to join our team!

Responsibilities :

Provide oversight and management of Contractor personnel. Experience in supporting DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE), with emphasis on program planning and analysis, budget preparation and justification, and funds execution.  Demonstrated experience of DoD financial accounting systems. Examples are : Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Program Budget Information System (PBIS), Mechanization of Contract Administration Services System (MOCAS).  Demonstrated experience in contract analysis and Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis.  Performs a variety of tasks.  Leads and directs the work of others.

Qualifications :

Preferred Degree : Bachelor's level degree in any technical or managerial discipline

Minimum Years Experience : Senior

Preferred Years Experience : 10+ years relevant experience in Financial Management or financial / cost analysis.  Significant experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.

Required Specialized Experience :   DoD / Navy ACAT I Program

Security Requirements : Secret Clearance
