Job Description
Job Title : Registered Nurse

Experience : Required experience in cardiac telemetry care; working with diverse patient populations, including those with MI, CHF, COPD, strokes, stable arrhythmias, and other patients needing closer cardiac monitoring and assessment.
License : Current state Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the Nurse Licensure Compact.
Certifications :
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent.
- AHA HeartCode Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) for healthcare providers or an AHA approved equivalent is required.

Description :
The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment.
This individual demonstrates competency in the delivery of care to a primarily adult population.
The role requires working with patients needing closer cardiac monitoring and assessment.
The Registered Nurse must ensure that all nursing care meets the highest standards of practice.
This position also involves collaboration with the healthcare team in planning and managing patient care.
Compassion and effective communication skills are vital for success in this role.
The Registered Nurse will be expected to float as needed and work every other weekend.
