Frederick Living, part of Garden Spot Communities, is located in Zieglerville, PA (Montgomery County). We are a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) offering a full spectrum of care from retirement living, personal care, licensed healthcare, rehabilitation services, respite to memory care services.

Provide oversight for Resident Living (RL), Personal Care (PC) and Skilled Care (LTC) life enrichment programming.Supervise Personal Care (PC) and Skilled Care (LTC) life enrichment team members.Oversee hiring of life enrichment team members.Manage and approve payroll for life enrichment team members.Provide leadership and oversight on person-directed care initiatives community-wide.Provide guidance & direction to Resident Living committees and clubs as needed.Create flyers and advertise for Life Enrichment programming events.Book performers and speakers for community-wide programming and provide oversight and coordination of programming.Oversee and be responsible for the Life Enrichment Department.Coordinate Life Enrichment calendars for all areas of Frederick Living.Provide hands-on support for Life Enrichment programming in all levels of living as needed.What do I need for this role with Frederick Living ?
An understanding of and willingness to live out our mission and values, providing compassionate person-centered care to all residentsFour-year degree required.At least 5 years' experience working with older adults in the Life Enrichment field;Supervisory experience required.NCCAP Director Certified preferred.How is Frederick Living, a part of Garden Spot Communities, unique?
