Advantage Truck Group (ATG), the largest DTNA dealer group in New England, is immediately hiring diesel technicians with 2 or more years of experience for 1st and 2nd shifts.

Diesel Techncian Pay and More :

$10,000 starting bonus ($5,000 with first paycheck, $5,000 at 90 days)

$22 - $46 / hour (based on technician experience)

Monthly performance bonuses

Overtime at time and a half

Annual Tool & Safety Shoe Allowance

Technician Work Schedules :

First Shift :

8-hour shift (6 : 30 am - 3 : 00 pm)

Second Shift (Flexible schedules + $5 shift differential)

Four 10-Hour Shifts

2 : 00 pm - 12 : 30 am

Five 8-Hour Shifts

3 : 00 pm - 11 : 30 pm

Diesel Technician Requirements

At least 2 years of diesel technician experience is required

Current, valid driver's license

Ability to lift 50 - 100 lbs. and work in physically demanding positions (bending, kneeling, standing for long periods).

Technical / trade school certificate, dealership experience, CDL, and DOT health card are a plus
