Web Producer
The Web Producer is responsible for the optimization of digital design, web development, and web analytics. This role is responsible for maintaining, providing ongoing design, and updating multiple websites as well as the corporate intranet. Additionally, the Web Producer possesses a clear understanding of web analytics best practices for example developing KPIs, benchmarks, etc. This individual will also design and produce offline marketing collateral such as print ads, newsletters, PDF forms, and PowerPoint presentations.
Pay Range : Minimum $78,229 Midpoint $103,667 Maximum $129,085
Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
Experience :
Required : Minimum eight (8) years of experience in Graphic Design and Web development. At least one (1) year of web service management or supervisory experience.
Preferred : Experience customizing WordPress functionality and template design. Experience with CRM, Marketing Automation & E-commerce.
Education :
Required : Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
Preferred : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or equivalent.
Specialized Skills :
Required : Proficient in current web and graphic applications and programs such as, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and Google Analytics. Strong cross platform computer skills; able to quickly learn and use new technologies. Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP. Highly proficient in online marketing and web analytics tools, site optimization tools, and CX platform analytics tools. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, database management, and analytical tools. Able to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others; provide leadership; be assertive and consistent in enforcing policies; work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure; lead, supervise, teach, and collaborate; accept direction. Able to communicate effectively in English in person, in writing, and on the telephone; think critically; work independently; perform basic math and statistical functions; manage multiple assignments; compose written material; work well under pressure; problem solve; organize and prioritize workload; recall information with accuracy; pay close attention to detail.
Preferred : Photography, video, and audio editing skills.
Licensure : Required : None required.
