As a Market Leader for the Advisor Development Program (ADP), you will :
- Provide regulatory supervision and oversight to advisors.
- Ensure ADP participants meet and achieve program hurdles.
- Lead training and develop activities, tools, and routines that enable Advisor Trainee productivity.
- Offer personal involvement with ADP participants requiring heightened support to achieve success.
- Reinforce compliance, supervision, and risk?management support of ADP participants and their activities for market leadership.
- Lead ??? pipeline?management routines with teams and coach on pipeline execution.
- Support client acquisition efforts by maximizing lead potential via enterprise relationships strategy and accountability.
- Support leaders in implementing effective performance management, including goal?setting, incentive, and recognition mechanisms.
- Maintain accountability for market results while ensuring strict consistency with national programs.
- Coach and develop Advisor Trainees, building relationships across the franchise and advising on strategic business drivers.
- Support sales management in executing sales force growth plans and effective Advisor recruiting strategies.
- Administer superior sales supervision practices in the market.

3+ years of industry experience with a leading firm.5+ years of demonstrated experience leading, managing, and coaching a sales team.Series?7 &?66 required; Series?9 &?10 or combination of 4,?24,?53 required. If Series?9 &?10 not currently held, must be obtained within 120 days.Travel required; varies by geography.Shift & Hours
