Volt is immediately hiring for Injection Mold Machine Operator's in Chicopee, MA .

As an Injection Mold Operator, you will :

• Following the jobs traveler / work order, operate injection molding machines used in the manufacturing process of plastic parts
• Perform setup, calibrations, and shut down of machines as required or needed.
• Perform various quality checks on the product during and after the manufacturing process. This consists of visual and hands on precision measurements.
• Ensure machine operations are running optimally by maintaining work and break schedules.
• Unload finished parts, stack and bag product for storage / shipping.
• Operate computer to load and run work instructions, track production, scrap, downtime, and machine adjustments that have been performed.
• Properly and promptly inform management of any issues, machine downtime, and mis manufactured product.
• Ensure all products that are not meeting specifications are segregated and properly marked
• Assist with other duties in other areas as needed.
