Experience with test management & defect tracking tools (JIRA, ALM, qTest, XRAY, etc.). Experience in writing clear, comprehensive test plans and cases. Ability to test across UI, API, backend databases, workflows, and end-to-end processes. Basic SQL knowledge to validate backend data. Experience with Agile / Scrum development environments. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
