Medical Director – Clinical Pediatrician

LBAPS is seeking an experienced Medical Director (Clinical Pediatrician) to lead our clinical operations in Brooklyn, NY. The Medical Director will oversee pediatric intakes, provide medical oversight to our interdisciplinary team, and ensure the highest quality of care for the children and families we serve.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and manage all pediatric intake evaluations and clinical assessments.
  • Provide medical guidance and support to clinical and behavioral teams.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Review and refine clinical protocols and procedures to support best practices.
  • Offer direct pediatric consultation as needed.

Qualifications :

  • M.D. or D.O. with board certification in Pediatrics.
  • Active, unrestricted New York State medical license.
  • Minimum 1 year of pediatric clinical experience and leadership experience preferred.
  • New graduates welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with children with developmental or behavioral needs preferred.
