About the Position : We're seeking a Full-Time HVAC Residential Technician to join our expanding team in Jacksonville and surrounding cities. Ideal candidates should have 5 to 10 years of experience in residential HVAC.

What We Offer :

  • Competitive pay based on experience; top earners make between $25 and $30 per hour.
  • Company provided vehicle with expenses covered.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Service, maintain, install, and repair HVAC systems for residential customers.
  • Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of HVAC systems.
  • Complete HVAC jobs promptly and professionally, ensuring high-quality service.
  • Work independently and coordinate with dispatch to maintain schedule and inform customers of any delays.

    • Qualifications :

  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean record.
  • Valid social security number.
  • Successfully pass a background check and drug test.
  • EPA Certification required; OSHA 10 certification preferred (not required).

    • Physical / Work Environment Requirements :

  • Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Capability to bend, stoop, squat, climb, kneel, and twist as needed.
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, around moving equipment, and on ladders.
