A company is looking for a Partnership Director - Reward Platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the growth of a new business division focused on non-financial organizations to drive revenue

Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations to ensure collaboration and satisfaction

Negotiate and execute partnership agreements while collaborating with legal and compliance teams

Required Qualifications

Proven success in developing and executing strategic partnerships, preferably in fintech or ad-tech

Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills with experience in complex agreements

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing

Strong skills in defining and monitoring KPIs to assess partnership success and optimize strategies

Experience in a high-growth business environment with a hands-on, adaptable approach
