Position Overview :

We’re seeking a passionate Remote BCBA to join our collaborative team! You’ll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and support families virtually. This is a great opportunity for BCBAs who want flexibility, work-life balance, and a supportive, growth-focused environment.

What You’ll Do :

• Conduct FBAs and design individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs and provide clinical guidance via telehealth
• Monitor progress with data-driven decision making
• Conduct caregiver and staff training remotely
• Maintain our mission of “therapy with heart” in all services
