Salesforce CRM Administrator
Location : Ft. Worth, TX
Shift : 1st (Mon–Fri)
Pay : $20–$23 / hr | Temp
Summary :
Supports customer service operations by managing the full lifecycle of Salesforce cases—from intake to routing and workflow management.
Key Duties :
- Manage Email-to-Case intake and templates
- Maintain case rules, statuses, fields, and lifecycle flows
- Prevent duplicate / spam cases
- Monitor routing, identify bottlenecks, and rebalance workload
- Support cross-functional teams with case operations
