Role Description :

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex technical initiatives. In this role, you’ll manage multiple workstreams, translate technical requirements into actionable plans, and serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

You’ll play a critical role in ensuring successful project execution by managing scope, schedules, risks, and resources while driving collaboration across technical teams such as software engineering, cloud transformation, or data integration teams. A light hands-on approach to technical problem-solving will also be valuable for troubleshooting and quality assurance.

As part of our consulting team, you’ll also have the opportunity to :

• Build strong client relationships that lead to new project opportunities.
• Contribute to CompassX initiatives, including recruiting, mentoring, and firm development.
