Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electronics Assembly & Rework Technician (SMT / PCB) to support electronics assembly, PCB assembly, and precision rework of high-quality electronic products. This role focuses on surface-mount soldering, fine-pitch component rework, and microscope-based assembly , including QFN packages and 0201 passives.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience as an electronics assembler or SMT technician , is comfortable working under a microscope, and understands the importance of IPC workmanship standards, ESD control, and quality-first manufacturing .
