Responsibilities
Client Interaction : Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial line clients to address their queries and deliver outstanding customer service.
Policy Management : Assist clients in managing their insurance policies by processing endorsements, audits, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
Problem Resolution : Investigate and resolve client issues with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to maintaining customer satisfaction.
Documentation : Maintain organized documentation of customer interactions and transactions to ensure efficient follow-up and reference.
Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters to facilitate smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Continuing Education : Engage in ongoing learning opportunities to remain knowledgeable about the latest industry trends and product offerings.
Requirements
Experience : Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, preferably within commercial lines insurance.
Licensing : New York State Property & Casualty Broker's License is preferred.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with insurance-focused CRM software.
Organizational Skills : Strong ability to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively.
Customer Focus : A strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
Problem Solving : Ability to assess client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Team Player : Capable of collaborating within a team environment while also working independently as needed.
