Description

Location : Waltham, MA - Outpatient Treatment Program

Schedule : Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 5 : 45am - 2 : 00pm and Sundays 6 : 45am - 9 : 15am

Pay Rate : $20.15-$23.33 / hour

The Program Safety Guide is responsible for :

  • Promoting and maintaining a safe pro-social environment for patients who come to the campus to be admitted.
  • Greeting patients, customer service, monitoring patient and staff safety, communicating with patients in a trauma sensitive manner that guides patients in and out of the program safely.

    • Qualifications

    Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Prior experience working in customer service, security, and / or with individuals with substance use disorders.
  • Computer experience and familiarity with Windows 2000, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word required
