A company is looking for a Partner Development Manager to build and scale its ecosystem of boutique and regional system integrator partners across the US.
Key Responsibilities
Design and manage the US strategy for boutique and small RSI partners, including partner profiles and investment priorities
Source, recruit, and onboard high potential boutique / RSI partners and establish executive alignment through regular reviews and planning sessions
Lead co marketing initiatives and manage partner pipeline hygiene to ensure opportunities are properly tracked and forecasted
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in channel / alliances, partner development, or enterprise sales in B2B SaaS
Direct experience with boutique / small RSIs or regional SIs in the US market
Proven track record of driving partner sourced revenue and executing joint business plans
Familiarity with enterprise SaaS go-to-market strategies; experience in Work AI or major cloud ecosystems is a plus
Ability to travel within the US as needed to meet with partners and internal teams
