ZT Automotive is currently seeking an Warranty Cancellation Clerk to join our Corporate Office Team. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting the Accounting Manager with administrative duties.
Responsibilities :
- Process and post cancellations based on requests from lienholders, customers, and identified discrepancies in statements.
- Ensure that all required documents are collected for the cancellation process.
- Issue refund checks for cancellations to either customers or lienholders.
- Maintain schedules and address reconciling items related to extended warranty and insurance reconciliations.
- Calculate and post finance chargebacks.
- Post monthly and weekly finance and insurance product statements and invoices.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements : Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED required.Experience using CDK is required .3+ Years of dealership accounting experience is required .Schedule cleaning experience is required .Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel preferred.Must be able to work extended hours at month-end.A bachelor’s degree in Accounting is preferred.
