We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Willowbrook Apartments, a 72-unit affordable housing property located in Bay Point, CA. As a stand-alone role, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities to ensure a safe, well-maintained, and attractive living environment for residents. This full-time position requires self-management and offers competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities :

• Maintenance Oversight : Independently supervise and perform maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks, to uphold property integrity and functionality.
• Team Management : Take charge of maintenance responsibilities without direct supervision, including scheduling tasks efficiently and ensuring high-quality service delivery to residents.
• Safety and Compliance : Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies through regular inspections and prompt resolution of any issues.
• Budget Management : Independently manage maintenance expenses within budgetary constraints while maintaining quality standards and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Vendor Management : Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Inventory Management : Maintainaccurate records of equipment, tools, and supplies, and manage inventory levels and procurement processes independently to support efficient maintenance operations.
• Emergency Response : Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies, including after-hours and on-call responsibilities, ensuring resident safety and satisfaction.
