Work with vendors: printers, designers, photographers, ad repsget quotes, timelines, approvals.

Familiarity with Google Business Profile, online reviews, and local SEO basics
Experience working with a small business, service business, or insurance/financial services
Basic photo/video editing for social (short clips, reels, simple edits)
Strong organization and follow-throughable to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and details
Solid writing skills for captions, emails, and partner outreach (professional, friendly, and clear)
Comfortable using common tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, Canva or similar, social scheduling tools)
Basic understanding of marketing performance metrics (engagement, leads, clicks) and ability to report results
Professional communication skills and confidence interacting with referral partners and vendors
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Valid drivers license and ability to attend local events/partner meetings (if applicable)
