Position : Inpatient Psychiatrist

Location : Washington, DC

Type : Full-Time

Inpatient Psychiatrist Position in Washington, DC - Full-Time

Join our team in Washington, DC as a full-time board-certified / board-eligible inpatient Psychiatrist. We are actively seeking a dedicated professional with a passion for delivering quality care to adult and addiction patients.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat mental health issues in adult patients
  • Provide medication management, psychotherapy, and evidence-based treatments
  • Conduct assessments, psychological evaluations, and individual / group therapy
  • Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse patient population
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Active and valid license to practice medicine in Washington, DC

    • This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

    Benefits and Compensation

  • Job type : Full time employed W-2 position.
  • Salary range : $275,000-$350,000
  • Benefits : Robust benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, company-matched 401K, ST / LT disability, etc.
  • Malpractice insurance covered through UHS
  • PTO : 25 days Paid Time Off annually.
  • CME : 5 paid days + reimbursable expenses.
  • Other compensation : Relocation Assistance and Sign-On Bonus available.
