Marketing Manager - Content Creator

And now, we're looking for a full-time Marketing Manager – Content Creator who's ready to grow with us!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Digital + Paid Media Learning: Support SEO, content optimization, Google PPC, LSA, PMAX, Meta Ads, creative testing, performance insights, and optimization while learning how data and creativity work together
• Social & Brand Growth: Help manage and grow Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube through content ideation, scripting, short-form videos, storytelling captions, consistent posting, and engagement
• Real Content, Real Places (Not Desk-Only): Attend on-site homeowner visits, capture testimonials and transformations, document behind-the-scenes moments, and work alongside installers, sales, production, and call center teams
• Community Presence & Events: Participate in home shows, local events, canvassing and neighborhood outreach, retail partnerships, and collaborations-while capturing live, human, community-driven content
• Traditional + Digital as One System: Support creative for direct mail, magazines, newspapers, TV and video scripts, YouTube long-form content, OTT and CTV-learning how all channels work together
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, production, leadership, and customer-facing teams to turn everyday work into meaningful brand stories

What You'll Need:

• Strong writing and communication skills
• Comfortable on camera, in the field, and interacting with homeowners
• Curious, optimistic, growth-minded, and coachable
• Creative thinker with analytical instincts
• Energized by variety, movement, and momentum
• Self-motivated with strong follow-through and initiative
• Willingness to learn tools, systems, platforms, and data

Preferred (Not Required):

• Marketing, content, or communications experience
• Familiarity with major social platforms

YOUR GROWTH PATH:

This Marketing Manager - Content Creator position is intentionally built as a development track:

• Learn directly from the Owner and Director of Marketing
• Support and grow into strategy, leadership, and channel ownership
• Take on increasing responsibility over time
• Clear path to Director of Marketing for the right person

You'll gain exposure to the entire marketing ecosystem while being trusted to create and experiment.
