A company is looking for a Sr. Engineer - Conversational AI & Front-End (Contract-to-Hire).
Key Responsibilities
Develop conversational bots using platforms like ServiceNow Virtual Agent, Microsoft Copilot, and Genesys Cloud CX
Design intuitive, accessible front-end interfaces for chat, web, and voice
Integrate solutions with enterprise systems via RESTful APIs and optimize NLP models and UI components
Required Qualifications
5+ years in conversational AI and front-end engineering
Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, HTML / CSS, and frameworks (React / Vue)
Experience with multiple conversational platforms
Strong understanding of NLP, UI / UX principles, and enterprise integration
Familiarity with agile, DevOps, and CI / CD methodologies
