Job Title :  Production & Manufacturing Associate

Location :  Carson City, Nevada

Job Type :  Contract to Hire

🕒 Available Shifts :

Monday – Friday : 3 : 30 PM – 10 : 00 PM

Overview :

We’re hiring across multiple departments, including Quality Control, Assembly, Material Handling, and SMT Operations. If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy hands-on work, and are looking to grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities May Include :

• Performing visual and mechanical inspections of components and finished products
• Assembling electronic or mechanical parts using hand tools and equipment
• Handling and organizing materials and inventory
• Operating SMT machines and related equipment
• Using measurement tools and test equipment to verify product specifications
• Documenting results and reporting any issues or non-conformances
• Collaborating with team members to resolve production or quality concerns
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
