A company is looking for a Field Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage technician hiring, training, performance management, and maintenance programs

Review maintenance status reports and provide hands-on maintenance assistance as needed

Establish and monitor fleet maintenance activities and analyze service issues for improvements

Required Qualifications

5-7 years of experience leading Fleet Maintenance teams

7+ years of experience in fleet maintenance and repair as a heavy-duty technician

Experience in creating standardized operating procedures and streamlining processes

High School diploma required

Specialized understanding of maintenance procedures and industry regulations
