Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation : Base Salary plus profit sharing, quarterly RVU incentives, and a partnership track with no buy-in after 1 year gives you a lot of chances to earn!
  • Sign on Bonus $50,000
  • Paid Relocation $25,000
  • Comprehensive Benefits : 3 weeks PTO, CME allowance, 401K, malpractice insurance, relocation assistance, and full coverage for licensure, dues, and subscriptions.
