Job Title : Engineer I, Equipment

Location : Queen Creek, AZ

Job Summary : As an Equipment Engineer I of cylindrical batteries, the applicant will handle the breakdown of equipment, improve equipment for program and design to increase overall efficiency and productivity. This role requires manage equipment setup schedules, review and draft the causes and corrective actions for issues.

Report To : Equipment Sr. Manager

Responsibilities :

• Meetings and Management with Partners / Vendors.
• Equipment Investment and Schedule Management.
• Investment Execution Based on Company Processes.
• Monitor OEE and Line of Balance (LOB) after improvements are made.
• Install / modify / analyze / repair / test new tools / machines / equipment and technology to line (i.e. installation of production equipment such as winder, assembly, formation, etc.).
• Collaborate with related departments to improve process quality and conduct equipment modification and improvement activities.
• Manage plans for daily maintenance activities.
• Complete daily documentation and audits, as required by position.
• Maintain cleanliness at worksite in accordance with 5S3R Standards.
