Chief of Staff

The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic and operational partner to the CEO and the Leadership Team, ensuring focus, alignment, and execution across key projects and partnerships.

This role is central to managing high-impact projects, coordinating cross-functional work, and translating strategy into disciplined action. Acting as both a strategic advisor and an execution leader, the Chief of Staff will streamline priorities, strengthen communication, and drive accountability across teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience : 4–6+ years in a Chief of Staff, Project Manager, or strategic operations role within a fast-paced, founder-led, or entrepreneurial environment.
• Leadership Support : Proven success supporting a Founder, CEO, or thought leader — with the ability to anticipate needs, manage priorities, and drive execution.
• Project Management : Demonstrated ability to lead and track multiple high-impact initiatives and cross-functional projects simultaneously.
• Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging directly with C-suite executives, clients, and partners.
• Relationship Management : Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to build alignment and trust across diverse internal and external teams.
• Technical Skills : Proficient in productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, HubSpot, Otter, and iMessage (iPhone required).
• Organization & Prioritization : Skilled at managing complex schedules, streamlining workflows, and ensuring structured follow-through on priorities.
• Professionalism & Discretion : Exercises sound judgment and maintains confidentiality in all matters.
• Time Zone Alignment : Must be available to work and communicate effectively during Pacific Time Zone (PST) hours.
