Key Responsibilities
Serve as a consultative learning partner to design and deliver learning solutions
Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to identify development gaps and opportunities
Manage the full project lifecycle for learning and development initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
7+ years of experience in Learning and Development, including instructional design and facilitation
Strong knowledge of facilitation methodologies and instructional design principles
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Continuous learning mindset and ability to stay current on emerging technologies and trends
