What You’ll Do
Lead Installation Teams: Manage and coordinate daily operations for installation crews handling commercial refrigeration systems.
Oversee Project Execution: Plan, schedule, and coordinate installations from initial site evaluation through completion
Quality & Compliance: Ensure all installations meet customer specifications, safety standards, and building codes.
Mentor & Develop: Conduct performance evaluations, provide training and mentorship, and assist in hiring new team members.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with sales, service, and operations teams to deliver high-quality, on-time projects.
Drive Efficiency: Manage resources, schedules, and budgets to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 5+ years in commercial,residential, and/or industrial refrigeration installation or project management
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of commercial coolers, freezers, and food service systems.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage field teams and subcontractors effectively.
Project Management: Skilled in scheduling, resource allocation, and maintaining job documentation.
Communication: Excellent client-facing and coordination skills.
