Safety Data Processor

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, verify, and enter data into Safety's databases using outside data sources and custom applications
• Collaborate with Safety Data and Analytics team members and other Safety Division staff to ensure the quality and consistency of data entries
• Create and maintain Safety Data dashboards using Tableau
• ccess, review, and collect data from outside sources using Tableau
• Create and maintain Safety Data reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Create reports and / or presentations on safety data trends, patterns, and areas of interest
• Perform data analysis to visualize, monitor, and evaluate MBTA's safety performance
• Document data collection, management, and analysis activities in the form of Standard Operating Procedures, work instructions, and job aides
• Participate in trainings and develop training materials on Safety's data management system, data processes, and similar programs to members of the Safety division and other MBTA departments as necessary
