A company is looking for a Jr Salesforce Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 support for Salesforce tickets and escalate as necessary
Perform basic administrative functions such as user administration, report generation, and data management
Conduct training for users and document Salesforce processes and customizations
Required Qualifications
Current Salesforce certified administrator certification
2+ years of Salesforce administration experience
Additional Salesforce certifications and / or CPQ experience is a plus
Bachelor's degree in computer, technology, or a related field
Experience in a high-functioning sales environment
