Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT)

A Home Health Occupational Therapist is needed in New York, NY.

Manhattan offers a fast-paced urban environment with a mix of culture, dining, and entertainment, providing an exciting place to work and live. This position is with a mission-driven home health organization focused on delivering high-quality, personalized care to patients in their homes.

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary range : $90,000 – $110,000 annually
  • 25 PTO days in year one
  • 6 paid holidays

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-home occupational therapy following the physician’s care plan
  • Achieve 30 points per week
  • Assess, treat, and develop individualized care plans to improve patient’s ability to perform daily activities
  • Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment as needed
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, adaptations, and assistive devices
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • OASIS experience preferred

    • Requirements

  • Current Occupational Therapy Licensure in New York State
  • Graduate of an accredited OT program
  • Proven experience in home health or occupational therapy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of current treatment practices and clinical expertise

    $90,000-$110,000 per year
