Position: Full-Time
Location: Washington
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Summary

As an LMHC on our remote team, you will deliver evidence-based therapy to adults through virtual sessions. This position allows you to focus on client care, progress tracking, and treatment outcomes while working within a stable weekday schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth
• Assess client needs and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document session notes and clinical progress
• Adhere to state licensing and compliance requirements
• Participate in clinical reviews as required

Requirements

• Active Washington LMHC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related discipline
• Previous clinical therapy experience
• Ability to manage a consistent caseload remotely
• Reliable internet and private workspace
