Location : Concord, New Hampshire (with travel nurse opportunities in Laconia and Franklin)

Assignment Length : 13 weeks

Start Date : December 22, 2025

Shift : 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week

Unit : Nursing Float Pool – Telemetry

Employment Type : Travel RN

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1990 - $2050

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active New Hampshire or Compact RN license required

1-2 years of recent Med-Surg or Telemetry nursing experience

Experience with Cerner EMR preferred

BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred

NHISS certification required prior to start

Must pass Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding (preferred score of 80%)

Up-to-date nursing resume with documented travel nurse experience (if applicable)

Two recent Charge / Manager RN references in specialty

Skills checklist matching Telemetry specialty

Valid driver’s license with address matching demographics

NURSYS report with all active RN licenses

Willingness to float to other local healthcare facilities as needed

Availability to work at least one holiday during the assignment

Telemetry RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients on Telemetry and Medical-Surgical units

Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; report changes promptly

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the EMR

Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions

Float to other units or hospital locations as needed to support patient care

Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff
