Monaco Motors a trusted and well-established business in Canoga Park CA is seeking a full-time Office Administrator to join our team.

WHAT YOU GET : PAY & BENEFITS

This pivotal role offers a competitive salary of $60000 / year (hourly base commission) with bi-weekly performance-based bonuses. We also offer our team a Christmas bonus plan every year where we pay $100 for each year youve worked at Monaco Motors! We are excited to welcome a new professional to this important role to help ensure the continued success of our operations.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR : YOUR ROLE

As the Office Administrator you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our office. You will begin each day by managing incoming calls on a multi-line phone system ensuring every inquiry is handled promptly and professionally. Your responsibilities will include overseeing payroll managing bill payments sorting and organizing mail and maintaining accurate filing systems. With your proficiency in QuickBooks and office software you will handle administrative tasks efficiently and with precision. Your approachable and professional demeanor will contribute to the welcoming environment that Monaco Motors is known for!

Receptionist phone experience (ability to handle five phone lines) is preferred!

YOUR HOURS

This administrative position is full-time and onsite with a consistent schedule from Monday through Friday 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM .
