Job Title: ECVC Associate Attorney (4-8 Years Experience)
Locations: New York, San Francisco
Compensation: $310,000 - $435,000 + discretionary merit bonuses + comprehensive benefits

Do you thrive at the intersection of law, startups, and venture capital? We're looking for an ECVC Associate who's ready to dive into high-growth companies and cutting-edge industries-partnering directly with founders, investors, and boards that are shaping tomorrow.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead venture financings, formations, and exits-sometimes all in a single day.
  • Advise on SAFEs, preferred stock financings, corporate governance, and general corporate work.
  • Counsel management teams on complex matters from inception through IPO.
  • Work on both sides of the table: guiding emerging growth companies and representing VCs and institutional investors.
  • Build long-term relationships with the future stars of tech and life sciences.
