About the Role

The Clinical Manager (RN) plays a key leadership role in supporting clinical operations, care coordination, and staff oversight within our Fresno home health office. This position works closely with leadership and field clinicians to ensure high-quality, compliant, and patient-centered care, while helping guide teams through daily operations and ongoing growth.

What You'll Do

• Assist with ensuring the office is compliant with all applicable state, federal, local, Medicare, and Medi-cal regulations.
• Conduct and coordinate care conferences, in-service programs, and team meetings
• Take referrals and ensure that assessment visits are made
• Responsible for making effective patient care assignments, scheduling and supervision of staff and on-call coverage
• Maintain records of case assignments and management forms
• Serve as a preceptor when needed

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure in this state
• At least two years of clinical nursing experience within the last 5 years. Home health supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and ability to recognize the needs and concerns of people and maintain constructive working relationships with them
• Must have a vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and automobile insurance coverage
• Ability to make home visits and provide skilled nursing assessments and care in the home environment
